The Reading Endorsement program prepares educators for the Ohio K-12 Reading Endorsement. The sequence of five courses provides theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to provide evidence-based reading and writing instruction and intervention.
The program does not earn a degree, but by completing this progrm, students will complete required coursework to apply for the Ohio K-12 Reading Endorsement and be prepared to take the Ohio Assessments for Educators necessary to add the endorsement to their professional teaching license. The graduate credits earned may be applicable toward a master's degree program.
